Sean Cooper Real Estate Group ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through seancooperrealestate.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us directly. Name, email, phone number, and any details you share through contact forms, property inquiry forms, newsletter sign-ups, or saved-search account creation.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Cookies & Analytics below).
- Property search activity. Searches, saved listings, and favorited properties through our IDX property search tool.
How we use this information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide property search and listing information, send market updates or newsletters you have opted into, improve the site, and maintain records related to our real estate services.
Who we share it with
- Lofty, our IDX and client relationship management platform, which powers property search and stores contact and inquiry information on our behalf.
- MLSListings, the multiple listing service that supplies property data displayed on this site.
- Our email marketing platform, for newsletter and market update delivery, for subscribers who have opted in.
- eXp Realty of California, our brokerage, as required for transaction and compliance purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and MLS record-keeping requirements, and delete or anonymize it thereafter unless you request earlier deletion.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, and our sharing is limited to the service providers described above.
- Non-discrimination. We will not deny you services or treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
